More than fifteen archaeological finds found in the soil in 1993. Most of them are ancient mosques. These installations are more than 700 years old. History It is estimated that in 800 AH, Shah Sultan Mahmud, son of Alauddin Husain Shah, built this mosque. It was discovered from the excavation of Bangladesh Department of Archeology until 1992-1993. [2] It is basically a one-domed mosque. And there are some graves beside this mosque. There is a pond on the right north of Jorangla Mosque, it is known to everyone as blind pond. It is believed that during the reign of Sultan Mahmud Shah, it was excavated for the needs of the devotees and drinking water.


Details The small slim brick gasket is located on a platform of 11 feet high. [3] The mosque is located just north-east corner of the entrance. There is a staircase made of bricks, from the entrance of it to the dighi. It is a square domed mosque. Later this mosque was rebuilt. Presently this mosque is regularly read to the mosque. Three arched connecting entrances on the east side of the mosque.On the western side of the mosque, there are three types of terracotta designs decorated with semi-circular shape. It is noticed on the work of lime sand. It has small pillars on either side. In the central central palace, flowers and spinach painted bricks are noticed. This beautiful beauty and graceful mosque for the architectural industry is considered as a symbol of Muslim civilization and excellence.
